摘要 船用发电机属于项目型订单,发电机定子铁芯的设计需要机械工程师根据电算单的数值按照定子设计指导书手动输入到UG软件,依次设计新的冲片、风道板、压板、定子铁芯焊接、定子铁芯加工等零件和装配体,设计过程机械、繁琐,而且效率低。本文基于VBA程序的开发和UG的参数化建模,针对定子铁芯中所有零件和装配体进行自动化设计模块的开发。与传统模式对比,新模块的开发不仅大大提高了工程师设计效率和设计质量,而且提高了工程图纸的标准化水平。 The orders for marine generators are project-oriented. It is mechanical, complicated and inefficient that the mechanical engineer input the value of electrical sheet into UG to design the new lamination sheet, air duct plate, pressure plate, stator core welding, stator core machining and so on according to the stator design instruction.The paper develops the automated design model for all the parts and assembly of stator core based on the VBA software and UG parametric design model. Compared with the traditional process, it is proved that the model not only guarantees design quality and efficiency but also improves the standardization for engineering drawing.
