基于DEA—BCC模型的义务教育经费支出效率评价

Evaluation on the Efficiency of Compulsory Education Expenditure Based on DEA and BCC Model

本文基于广西2002—2013年义务教育的相关数据,分析了广西历年来义务教育事业的发展情况,并建立DEA—BCC模型,利用deap2.1软件来评价义务教育经费的支出效率。研究发现:自2002年以来,义务教育经费的支出效率低下,存在着纯技术效率与规模效率问题。通过本文分析可为政府明确义务教育发展情况及教育经费支出效率状况提供参考。

Based on the related data from 2002 to 2013 of compulsory education in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, this paper analyses its development of compulsory education, builds the DEA-BCC model, and uses the deap2.1 software to evaluate the spending efficiency of compulsory education funds. The results show that： Since 2002, the efficiency of compulsory education funds spending has been low, and there exist problems of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Through the analysis, this paper provides a reference of the compulsory education development and the education spending efficiency for the government.
