新生代建筑业农民工的工作现状及对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the New Generation of Migrant Workers in the Construction Industry

新生代农民工将逐渐成为建筑业农民工的主体。本文通过调查发现,他们对行业的认可度较低,存在劳动负荷大、生活工作环境差、文化娱乐单调、公共服务缺乏、社会保障不健全等问题,建议从政府、企业和农民工自身等多方面来解决新生代建筑业农民工目前的生存困境。

The new generation of migrant workers gradually becomes the main body of the construction workers. Through the investigation, we find that their recognition of the industry is relatively low, and there are problems such as, a large labor load, poor living environment, barren of cultural and entertainment, a lack of public services, incomplete social security system, and so on. We suggest that the government, enterprises and migrant workers themselves work together to solve the plight of survival.
