Brief Analysis on the Importance of Internal Control to the Development of Enterprises——Taking China Steel Group as an Example

内部控制的实质是一种管理控制,是有效执行组织策略的必备工具。本文通过查找资料,分析中国中钢集团内部控制中存在的问题,并对这些问题提出相应的改善措施。随后总结得出内部控制的有效性对企业发展的重要性,希望企业能以此重视内部控制的建设。

Internal control is not only the essence of management control, but also a necessary tool for the effective implementation of organizational strategies. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of the China Steel Group and puts forward some corresponding measures for the improvement. The paper then summarizes the importance of the effective internal control for the development of enterprises, hoping that businesses can focus on the construction of internal control.
