摘要
在高校速度轮滑教学中,影响教学效果的重要原因就是学生的畏惧心理。该文通过对速度轮滑教学中,学生产生畏惧心理的表现,并分析其产生的原因,调查得出学生之所以产生的畏惧心理在于学生自身的运动能力和身体素质,以及个人的焦虑状态。教师根据滑轮运动自身的特点,从认知心理学角度入手,在教授过程中,对学生产生的心理障碍进行指导与训练,从而消除学生的心理障碍,加强学生身体素质和运动能力,培养学生顽强的意志品质和克服困难的精神。
In speed skating teaching in colleges and universities,the important factor affecting the teaching effect is the fear of students.This article through to speed skating teaching,the students fear of performance,and analyzes the reasons,the survey is the fear,because students own athletic ability and physical quality,and individual state of anxiety.Teachers according to the characteristits of the block movement itself,from the perspective of cognitive psychology,this paper in teaching process,the guidance of psychological barriers of students and training,thereby eliminating psychological barriers of students,strengthen students' physical quality and athletic ability and training students indomitable will quality and spirit to overcome the difficulty.
