深圳市全民健身公共服务居民满意度及未来预期研究

A Survey of Residents' Satisfaction Degree and Future Expectation for Shenzhen National Fitness Public Services

"十二五"规划提出要建立健全基本公共服务体系,全民健身公共服务体系作为基本公共服务体系的一个重要组成部分自是要加强建设,《国家基本公共服务体系"十二五"规划》将"推进全民健身公共服务体系建设"作为"十二五"时期的一项重点任务。全民健身公共服务体系的建设关系到小康社会的全面建设,关系到加快经济社会发展和国民自身"体育梦"的实现。文章运用文献法、问卷法、数理统计法等研究方法,对深圳市全民健身公共服务体系及其组成要素进行了调查研究。结果显示:在被调查的深圳市居民中,大部分居民认为多元化全民健身公共服务体系尚未建成;对全民健身公共服务体系各组成要素的满意度呈不均衡状态;很大一部分居民对未来5年多元化全民健身公共服务体系建设抱有较高的期望值。

＂Twelve five＂ plan proposed to establish and improve the basic public service system,public health service system as a basic public service system is an important part of self is to strengthen the building, ＂the national basic public service system＂ Five Year Plan ＂will＂ promote national fitness public service system construction ＂as the＂ Twelfth five year ＂period of a key task. The construction of the public service system of the national fitness system is related to the overall construction of a well-off society, and to accelerate the development of economy and society and the realization of the national sports dream.The methods of literature and questionnaire survey are used. The investigative team had investigated Shenzhen National Fitness Public Services System and it＇s essential elements.The results shows that most of residents think Shenzhen Pluralistic National Fitness Public Services System have not been built,residents＇satisfaction degree emerge disequilibrium condition to essential elements of Shenzhen National Fitness Public Services System and a large proportion of residents cherish higher expectations for Shenzhen Pluralistic National Fitness Public Services System in the next five years.
