摘要
目的从理论上探讨血压听诊音的性质。方法物理学原理、医学理论、医学常识与医学实践相结合。结果肱动脉具有自己的固有频率,在加压时会发生频率的变化而与心脏瓣膜关闭时产生的振动频率接近。结论因受压而发生了形变的动脉段(肱动脉)与心脏瓣膜关闭产生的振动发生了共振。血压听诊音的性质是共振音。
Objective To research the nature of BP auscultation sound theoretically. Methods With the knowledge of Physics、medical theory、medical practice and medical conmon sense. Results The brachial artery has its own natural frequency.With the pressure on it, its nature frenquency could be changed and gets close to the frequency that produced when the valves of heart are closing. Conclusion The deformation of artery segment(brachial artery) under some pressure produces resonance with the vibration from closing of cardiac valves,the nature of BP auscultation sound is resonance sound .
