南昌市肺癌住院患者经济负担及影响因素分析

Analysis of Economic Burden and Influencing Factors in Patients with Lung Cancer in Nanchang

目的研究南昌市肺癌住院患者的疾病经济负担及其影响因素,为促进卫生资源的合理配置和优先投入提供参考意见。方法采用现况研究的方法,通过征得患者知情同意原则,收集南昌市3家三甲医院2014年9月1日—2015年1月1日期间的肺癌住院患者的信息,从中提取基本信息、住院信息和费用情况并根据知情同意原则,对出院患者进行追踪调查从而得到210例完整病例,而后采用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析对住院费用的影响因素进行研究。结果多元回归分析显示:住院天数、住院次数、是否手术是影响住院总费用的主要因素。结论肺癌给患者本人、家庭及社会造成了巨大的经济负担,其中由直接医疗费用引起的经济负担最为显著。

Objective To know the economic burden of lung cancer and explore its influencing factors, to provide reference for the rational use of health resources. Methods The samples were existing circumstances research, comply with the informed consent principle, Information of lung cancer inpatients between September 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015,which come from three hospitals in Nanchang, extracting basic information、Hospitalization information and medical costs, 210 cases of patient data to get a more detailed survey results, surveyed with single factor and multi-factor analysis. Results Multi-linear regression district model showed that hospital day, Hospitalization times 、Whether surgery were the main reason. Con-clusion Lung cancer disease burden is too heavy, the government should further increase investment to reduce the financial burden of the disease.
