社区老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我管理现状及影响因素分析

目的了解社区内存在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的老年患者自我管理的现状,并对影响其自我管理能力的因素进行分析。方法选取该市3个不同区域范围内的社区,随机选择240例老年慢性肺阻疾病患者进行问卷调查。结果对于疾病知识掌握充分的老年患者,在日常生活中进行自我管理的能力相对较高,对各项行为的管理和约束的能力也相对较强;虽然部分老年患者对疾病的知识以及影响病发的相关因素有一定的了解,但是其康复能力水平较低,对于突发状况的应对能力也有限。结论社区老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的自我管理能力受到多种因素的影响,社区相关工作人员要做好健康教育工作,提高老年患者的自我护理能力。

Objective To analyze the community presence of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the self-management of the status quo, and to investigate the factors affecting the self management ability. Methods To choose the city is located in three different areas within the scope of the community, randomly selected 240 elderly patients with chronic lung disease resistance in the questionnaire. Results The elderly patients with fully grasp disease, its ability to manage themselves in daily life is relatively high, the management and the behavior in our daily life constraints of capacity is relatively strong; At the same time, while some older patients to disease knowledge and the related factors that affect the disease have a certain understanding, but its recovery ability level is low, the emergency response capacity is also very limited. Conclusion The community of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease self-management ability affected by many factors, community related staff must be positive to do a good job of health knowledge propaganda and education, improve the elderly patients with self-care ability.
