摘要
近年来,国家相继推出医疗改革的重要文件,可见国家对卫生医疗改革的决心,而面对这种新医改的不断深化,新形势对卫生管理专业人才的培养模式提出了新的要求,卫生事业管理需要的是医学、管理学、自然科学等相关学科的综合性人才。该研究就传统卫生事业管理专业人才的培养模式中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出了适应时代发展的人才培养模式。
