Improve the hospital care and medical work quality, ensure ward management work toward standardization, sci-entific development gradually become all hospitals need to solve the problem. This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the main factors that affect the management of the hospital ward in our country, and puts forward the relevant measures to strengthen the quality of medical personnel and meet the changing of nursing mode, so as to provide effective protection for the ward management.
