摘要
文章分析了PICC置管过程中导管异位产生的原因,探讨了通过重视置管前的宣教;合理评估与选择置管静脉,选取合适的体位,科学进行导管测量;提高置管过程中实际操作水平及应急处置能力;注重置管后总结与改进;形成置管前、置管中、置管后的闭合正反馈机制,以期减少导管异位的发生率,提高置管成功率。
