随着社会经济的不断进步,我国的社会保障制度已逐步得到完善,我国的城镇医疗卫生建设也取得了一定成效,与此同时,仍然存在一定的问题。这就要求各方共同努力,从增加财政投入、加强监管力度、平衡医疗资源、提高医护人员的素质和待遇几方面,对城镇社区医疗单位医疗卫生进行改善,推动我国城镇医疗卫生体制改革的顺利进行,切实保证人民群众的利益。
