品管圈在降低静脉用药调配中心药品损耗中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circles for Reducing Drug Loss in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service

目的降低药品损耗件数,完善科室管理。方法 2014年3—9月开展品管圈活动,以"降低静脉用药调配中心药品损耗件数"为主题分析原因、拟定对策并实施。结果药品损耗件数由49.4件/周降为19.3件/周,降幅达60.93%。结论开展品管圈活动在节约科室损耗的同时也减少了资源浪费,提高工作人员参与科室管理和解决问题的能力。

Objective To reduce the number of drug loss and to improve pharmacy intravenous admixture service （PIVAS） management. Methods The quality control circles （QCC）was set up from March to September 2014, the theme for reducing the drug loss was established, the causes were analyzed and the corresponding rectification measures were formulated and implemented. Results The number of drug loss was significantly reduced from 49.4 to 19.3 per week ,and the drop was 60.93%. Conclusion Conducting the QCC activities not only reduces the drug loss in PIVAS, but also reduces wasting of resources and increase the consciousness for the department personnel to participate in the management and the ability to solve problems.
