护理风险管理在康复科管理工作中的应用研究

目的讨论在康复科进行护理风险管理的措施及效果。方法通过识别、评价、估计可能存在或潜在可导致各种风险的因素;使用风险管理进行预防并实现控制;制定和完善护理风险管理中各项操作规程和护理措施;采取随时督导检查、不定期抽查、跟班、分析反馈等手段,检查落实情况,并将检查结果纳入量化考核。结果执行护理风险管理制度之后,患者主要并发症的发生率为97.9%,明显低于实施前40.2%,组间差异具有统计学意义。此外执行风险管理制度后,患者及患者家属对医护工作人员的护理服务满意度为96.5%,明显高于实施前(83.9%),实施前后患者满意度对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.816,P<0.05)。结论通过采取风险管理措施,提高了护士的风险防范意识,增加了护士的责任心及服务质量意识,进而降低了护理风险发生的概率,提高了患者及患者家属的满意程度。

Objective To discuss the measures and effect of nursing risk management in the Department of rehabilitation. Methods Through the identification, evaluation and estimate possible existing or potential can lead to various risk factors;use risk management to prevent and control; to develop and improve the nursing risk management in the rules of operation and nursing measures; at any time supervision and inspection, not regular spot checks, Valet, analysis feedback method, in-spect the implementation, and the inspection results into the quantitative assessment. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management system, the incidence of major complications was 97.9%, significantly lower than the implementa-tion of the first 40.2%, the difference was statistically significant. In addition, after the implementation of risk management system, patients and family members of the medical staff of the nursing service satisfaction was 96.5%, significantly higher than before implementation （83.9%）, before and after the implementation of patients satisfaction, the difference was statisti-cally significant （χ2=5.816, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Risk management measures to improve the nurses＇ awareness of risk pre-vention, increase the sense of responsibility and service quality of the nurses, and then reduce the probability of the occur-rence of nursing risks, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.
