摘要
目的研究并探讨肛肠科手术患者的医院感染控制和管理方法 ,为减少肛肠科手术患者的医院感染、改善预后提供可供参考的指导意见。方法对2013年1—12月该院肛肠科手术患者发生医院感染的例次进行统计,并对其医院感染管理中存在的不足进行分析。根据管理过程中存在的不足对管理方法进行改进,再次统计2014年1—12月该院肛肠科手术患者发生医院感染的例次。结果 2013年该院肛肠科共有37例次手术患者发生医院感染,2014年该院肛肠科共有9例次手术患者发生医院感染,经改进后,发生医院感染的例次明显减少(P<0.05)。结论对肛肠科手术患者的医院管理方法进行改进,能够有效减少医院感染的发生。
Objective To study and explore for anorectal surgery in patients with nosocomial infection control and management methods, in order to reduce the anoreetal surgery in patients with hospital infection, improve the prognosis to provide reference guidance. Methods January - December in 2013 patients with anorectal operation in our hospital patients hospital infection statistics, and analysis the problems in the management of hospital infection. According to the management process of the existing problems to improve the management method, again with statistics in January ~ December in 2014 anorectal operation in our hospital eases of hospital infection. Results In 2013, a total of 37 cases of anorectal operation in patients with hospital infection in our hospital, in 2014, anorectal Hospital a total of 9 cases of operation patients with hospital infection, after improvement, the occurrence of hospital infection was significantly reduced （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method of hospital management of patients with anorectal operation was improved, can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection.
