摘要
现阶段,我国公立医院人力资源管理仍未上升到医院战略层面,选人用人制度、人才培养规划、绩效管理和薪酬制度等问题重重。新时期,随着公立医院综合改革的不断推进,人力资源的规划、储备和升值尤为重要。公立医院要想在新一轮的改革中成为佼佼者,必须在新形势下对自身的人力资源管理进行深入的探讨和改善。
At this stage the human resource management of our public hospitals is still not brought into the hospital devel-opment strategic planning, and there are lots of problems in employment system, talent training and salary system. Nowadays the planning , talent reserve and development of human resource of public hospitals are becoming more and more important. Those public hosptals that want to get great progress in the new public hospital reform should make some significant devel-opment of the hospital human resource management.
