视频健康教育在儿科病房的应用

Application of Video Health Education in Pediatric Ward

目的探究视频健康教育方式在儿科病房的应用效果。方法 2014年1—12月选取儿科病房患者家属200例,随机将这200例住院患儿家属分为实验组和对照组,儿科责任护士给予对照组患儿家属从入院、住院、出院等流程及注意事项进行常规的口头、文字宣教、发放健康教育处方等健康教育措施,实验组给予口头、文字宣教、发放宣教单外,同时给予在住院期间进行视频健康教育宣教,对比两组病房患者家属健康教育的效果。结果两组儿科病房患者家属在健康教育前的疾病知晓情况并无明显的差异(P>0.05),实验组在进行常规的健康教育与视频健康宣教后,患儿家属能在很短的时间内熟悉儿科的病房环境及住院期间的一些安全措施,了解自己的疾病诊断、临床表现、发病原因、治疗注意事项、护理知识、饮食知识、相关检查的目的、相关的药物知识、病情的发展,对出院后注意事项、疾病预防知识等知晓率较之健康教育前明显的改善(P<0.05),对照组健康教育后,其出院注意事项、疾病预防知识、治疗注意事项、护理知识、饮食知识、病情的发展等知晓率较之健康教育前有明显的改善(P<0.05),实验组健康教育后的疾病预防知识、相关检查的目的、相关的药物知识、临床表现、发病原因等知晓率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予儿科病房患者家属开展图文并茂的视频健康教育,可以提高患者家属对疾病相关知识的知晓率,以此帮助患者提高对治疗的依从性,改善儿科病房患者的生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the effect of video health education in pediatric ward. Methods 200 families of pediatric patients （January 2014 -2014 December）, the families of these 200 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group were given video health education, the control group was given conventional health education, compared with the effect of health education in the families of patients in the experimental group and the control group. Results Of the 2 groups of patients in the pediatric ward in health education before the disease awareness, disease prevention knowledge, disease prevention knowledge, care knowledge, nursing knowledge, knowledge of the treat-ment, nursing knowledge, dietary knowledge, related to the purpose of the examination, clinical manifestations, clinical manifestations, clinical manifestations, clinical manifestations, clinical manifestations, clinical manifestations, disease pre-vention knowledge, disease prevention knowledge, treatment of disease prevention knowledge, knowledge of health educa-tion, prevention of disease prevention knowledge. The reason for such awareness was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Video health education for family members in pediatric patients can improve the aware-ness rate of disease related knowledge, which can help patients improve the compliance of treatment, improve the quality of life in pediatric ward, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
