摘要
目的应用功效系数综合评价2013年全国省级尿碘实验室外质控考核结果 ,以逐渐提高尿碘检测质量。方法省级实验室按照WS/T107-2006检测国家碘缺乏病参照实验室发放的高低两种质量浓度的尿碘一级标准物质,依据检测值计算实验室间和实验室内Z分值,将其绝对值应用功效系数进行统计分析。结果甘肃和江西处于差等级,黑龙江、重庆、浙江、陕西、四川、吉林、广东、山西、山东、广西和河南处于中等级,安徽、江苏、西藏、辽宁、新疆、宁夏、湖北、青海、福建、北京、河北、上海、新疆兵团、内蒙古、海南、云南和湖南处于良好等级,贵州和天津处于优秀等级。结论应用基于功效系数的分档法分析省级尿碘实验室外质控考核结果,能同时对其质量控制水平进行排序和聚类分析,为提高检测质量奠定了坚实的基础。
Objective Application of efficacy coefficient Comprehensive Assessment 2013 national provincial urine iodine outside the laboratory quality control assessment results to gradually improve the quality of urinary iodine test. Methods Provincial laboratories in accordance with WS/T107-2006 National Iodine Deficiency Disorders refer to detect high and low concentrations of urinary iodine Standards issued laboratory level, between the laboratory and calculated on the basis of the detected value of Z score of the laboratory, which was application of efficacy coefficient absolute value for statistical analy-sis. Results Gansu and Jiangxi provinces in the poor grade, Heilongjiang, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Shaanxi, Sichuan, Jilin, Guangdong, Shanxi, Shandong, Guangxi and Henan in the middle grades, Anhui, Jiangsu, Tibet, Liaoning, Xinjiang, Ningxia, Hubei, Qinghai, Fujian, Beijing, Hebei, Shanghai, Xinjiang Corps, Inner Mongolia, Hainan, Yunnan and Hunan in good grades, Guizhou and Tianjin are in excellent condition. Conclusion Application of efficacy coefficient based binning method outside the laboratory quality control urinary iodine provincial assessment results, it could also be sorted and cluster analy-sis of their level of quality control, to improve the detection quality and laid a solid foundation.
