持续质量改进在结核性胸外科健康教育中的应用效果观察

Efficacy of Continuous Quality Improvement in Tuberculous Thoracic Surgery Health Education

目的观察持续质量改进在结核性胸外科健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取该院胸外科收诊的结核性胸外科手术患者210例,采取数字随机法分成观察组(105例)和对照组(105例),对照组采取常规健康教育,观察组则加用持续质量改进,比较两组应用效果。结果观察组健康知识掌握率94.29%,对照组健康知识掌握率86.67%,观察组健康知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率12.38%,对照组术后并发症发生率20.00%,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度95.24%,对照组总满意度85.71%,观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进对结核性胸外科患者有利,可以提高护理质量,改进健康教育效果,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement in tuberculosis Thoracic Surgery Health Education. Methods 210 cases of tuberculous thoracic surgery patients in our hospital receive diagnosis of thoracic surgery, take digital randomly divided into observation group （105 cases） and control group （105 cases） and the control group re-ceived routine health education, then added the observation group continuous treatment improvements, application results were compared. Results The rate of 94.29% health knowledge, health knowledge rate in the control group 86.67% in the observation group health knowledge rate higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Observed postoperative complication rate 12.38%, the control group was 20.00% complication rate, incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Observation group total satis-faction 95.24% in the control group, the total satisfaction of 85.71%, total satisfaction was higher in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Continuous Quality Improvement favorable tuberculous thoracic surgical patients, can improve quality of care, improving the effectiveness of health education, improve patient satis-faction.
