严格管理制度对预防接种效果及不良事件控制的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Strict Management System on the Prevention and Control of Adverse Events

目的探讨严格管理制度对预防接种效果及不良事件控制的影响。方法山东省莒南县相邸卫生院自2013年1月开始实施了严格管理制度,对实施前2011年1月至2012年12月期间的500例预防接种儿童作为对照组;2013年1月至2014年12月500例儿童作为观察组。对比两组的满意度及不良反应发生率。结果实施严格的管理制度之前,对照组患儿家属的满意度为84.8%(424/500),不良反应发生为:晕厥11例、过敏性休克4例、过敏性皮疹38例、血清病3例、变态反应性脑脊髓膜炎2例,诱发潜伏的感染28例,总计86例,占17.2%;实施严格的管理制度之后,观察组患儿家属的满意度为99.0%(495/500),不良反应发生为:晕厥6例、过敏性休克1例、过敏性皮疹16例、血清病1例、变态反应性脑脊髓膜炎0例,诱发潜伏的感染10例,总计34例,占6.8%;观察组患者的满意度显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采取严格的管理制度能够有效提高接种儿童家长的满意度,提升医院整体素质,减少不良反应发生率,有效避免了医疗纠纷的发生,临床应用效果满意。

Objective To investigate the effect of strict management system on the prevention and control of adverse events.Methods Junan Xiangdi Health Hospital from January 2013 began implementation of a strict management system,on the implementation of the January 2011 to December 2012 period 500 cases vaccinated children as control group.In January 2013 to December 2014 500 cases of children as the observation group.The satisfaction of the two groups and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results Before the implementation of strict management system,control group of parents of children with satisfaction was 84.8%（424/500）,adverse reactions occur as：syncope in 11 cases,4 cases of anaphylactic shock,38 cases of allergic skin rash,serum disease（3 cases）,allergic cerebrospinal meningitis in 2 cases,latent cause of infection in 28 cases,a total of 86 cases,accounting for 17.2%;After the implementation of strict management system,observation group of parents of children with satisfaction was 99.0%（495/500）,adverse reactions occur as：syncope in 6 cases,1 case of anaphylactic shock,allergic rash 16 cases,serum sickness 1 example,allergy epidemic meningitis cases,latent cause of infection（10 cases）,a total of 34 cases,accounting for 6.8%.The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strict management system can effectively improve the satisfaction of parents of children,improve the overall quality of the hospital,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and effectively avoid the occurrence of medical disputes,the clinical application effect is satisfactory.
