养血清脑颗粒联合西比灵治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Yangxueqingnao Granule combined with Flunarizine in Treatment of Migraine

目的对养血清脑颗粒加西比灵在偏头痛疾病治疗中的临床效果进行探讨。方法择选我院2013年6月至2014年6月所收治的78例偏头痛患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成甲组与乙组,其中甲组予以养血清脑颗粒加以治疗,而乙组仅采取西比灵进行治疗,对2组患者的治疗效果进行观察与比较。结果甲组中患者的有效率(94.9%)显著高于乙组患者(79.5%),存在显著性的差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对偏头痛患者予以养血清脑颗粒加西比灵进行治疗,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective Clinical effect of Yangxueqingnao granule plus flunarizine in migraine treatment of disease are discussed.Method In 78 patients with migraine in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014,June were as the research object,is divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,wherein the first group given Yangxueqingnao granule treatment,while group B only take flunarizine treatment,were observed and compared in the 2 groups of patients treatment effect.Results Group A patients with efficiency（94.9%） was significantly higher than that of group B（79.5%）,there were significant differences,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In migraine patients given Yangxueqingnao granule combined with flunarizine treatment,curative effect,is worth promoting.
