番泻叶致急性肠梗阻1例报道及文献复习

A Case Report of Acute Ileus Caused by Folium Sennae and Literature Review

目的探讨番泻叶引起急性肠梗阻的原因和预防。方法对我院收治的1例番泻叶所致急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料进行分析,并进行文献复习。结果患者服用番泻叶后出现腹痛、腹胀、无排气排便。灌肠治疗缓解后,行结肠镜检查和全消化道钡餐检查,均无明显异常发现,提示患者为服用番泻叶导致的急性肠梗阻。分析以往报道的导致的类似病例发现,番泻叶在老年人习惯性便秘或者有不全性肠梗阻的基础病变存在的情况下,可能诱发急性肠梗阻。结论对老年人习惯性便秘和不全性肠梗阻的患者,应该避免食用番泻叶治疗或者准备肠道。

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and prevention of ileus caused by folium sennae.Methods The clinical data of one patient with ileus caused by folium sennae was described and relevant literature was reviewed.Result The patient had abdominal pain,distension,no exhaust and defecation after taking folium sennae.Symptoms were relieved after enema with 800 m L of warm water.Colonoscopy and the whole gastrointestinal barium meal examination did not show any abnormalities,which indicates that the ileus could be caused by folium sennae.Literature review and this case show that folium sennae may cause ileus in senior patients with habitual constipation or incomplete ileum.Conclusion Folium sennae should be avoided in senior patients with habitual constipation or incomplete ileum.
