益气养阴法治疗阵发性房颤气阴亏虚证的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Therapy for Treatment of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation with Deficiency Syndrome of Qi and Yin

目的观察益气养阴法治疗阵发性房颤气阴亏虚证的疗效。方法选择60例阵发性房颤气阴亏虚证病人,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组采用普罗帕酮(心律平)联合益气养阴法中药治疗,对照组服用心律平治疗,观察时间3个月。观察两组治疗后的中医症状改善情况、房颤发作次数及心电图P波最大时限(Pmax)、P波离散度(Pd)的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的46.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后Pmax、Pd明显缩小(P<0.05),房颤发作次数明显减少(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴法能显著改善阵发性房颤气阴亏虚证型病人的临床症状,提高病人的生活质量;益气养阴法能显著改善阵发性房颤气阴亏虚证型病人心电图Pmax、Pd,降低病人阵发性房颤的发作次数。

Objective To investigate the effect of supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy for treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrilla- tion（PAF） with deficiency syndrome of qi and yin.Methods Sixty patients with PAF and deficiency syndrome of qi and yin were ran- domly divided into two groups：Control group（ n = 30） treated with routine treatment, and treatment group（ n = 30） treated with rou- tine treatment plus supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy for three months.Then the clinic curative effect and the improvement of the symptom were observed.The cardiogram＇s movement of maximum P - wave duration （Pmax） and P - wave dispersion （Pd） were analyzed at the same time.Results The total clinical effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group（~46.47%, P 〈0.05）.After treatment, Pmax and Pd, paroxysm times were reduced in treatment group, which were lower than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Supplementing qi and nourishing yin therapy can improve the clinical symptom,and evidently minify Pmax and Pd and left atrial diameter and reduce the recrudescence times of PAF.
