紧固件一般是使用量大面广的机械基础件，其产品质量和可靠性对主机工作性能及结构安全性起着重要作用，随着自然环境的日益恶化，人们对紧固件的表面耐腐蚀性能提出了更高的要求。根据螺纹紧固件表面处理的技术条件，介绍了螺纹紧固件的表面处理方法，研究了螺纹紧固件表面处理的质量及其检验方法，论述了螺纹紧固件表面处理工艺氢脆的产生与预防，提出了汽车紧固件螺纹成型加工及表面处理实例。

Fasteners were basic mechanical components and widely used, their qualities and reliabilities were very important factors of performance of main engine and the structural safety. As the environmental pollution problems, higher performance of the corrosion resistance of fasteners was demanded. In the paper, the surface treatment of fasteners was introduced, the qualities inspection method was discussed as well as the precaution for hydrogen embrittlement, and in the end some successful examples were displayed.
