摘要
平衡能力是大学生身心健康发展的重要功能之一。为了进一步激发女大学生学习轮滑的兴趣,提高女大学生的练习热情。该文运用文献资料法、数理统计法、实验对比等方法,对普通高校轮滑教学中,如何提高女大学生的平衡能力进行实验研究。结果得出:实验组教学成绩优于对照组教学成绩,教学效果优于常规教学,能够提高学生的支撑和平衡能力,同时能够激发学生的学习兴趣,消除学生学习初期的畏惧心理,对完成整体技术和提高腿部力量等方面均有较好的效果。
Balance ability is one of the important functions of College Students'physical and mental development.In order to further stimulate the female students'interest in learning skating, improving the students'enthusiasm.In this paper,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics and comparison,and in rollerskating teaching in universities,how to improve the balance ability of female college students are studied by experiment.Results:the experimental group was better than the control group,the teaching effect is better than the conventional teaching,can improve students'support and balance ability,and can stimulate students'learning interest,eliminate students'fear psychology,to complete the overall technology and improve the strength of the legs,etc.
