医院过敏患者数据信息系统在线统计分析功能的实现

摘要 目的利用SAS软件实现过敏患者数据信息系统的在线统计分析功能,高效快速地获得过敏患者数据动态分析结果。方法 Windows环境下,以Apache为服务器,SAS统计软件的WEB功能采用SAS/Intr Net实现;MySQL数据库与SAS之间的连接采用MySQL ODBC Driver 5.3.4完成;编写SAS程序并制作相应的HTML页面。结果实现了SAS的WEB功能及SAS软件与MySQL数据库的连接,为医院过敏患者数据信息系统增加了在线统计分析功能;终端用户可以通过在浏览器上点击式操作,完成与服务器端SAS软件的互动,调用过敏患者数据信息系统中的数据实现在线统计分析功能,获得相应的分析结果。结论利用SAS软件的WEB功能可以实现信息系统在线统计分析功能,为使用者提供动态的数据分析结果。 Objectives To realize the function of on-line statistical analysis for information system for allergic patients in hospital and then the dynamic results can be got fast. Methods Under the Windows environment, the WEB function of SAS software was implemented using SAS/IntrNet with Apache as the web server. MySQL ODBC Driver 5.3.4 was employed to connect the MySQL database with SAS software. SAS program was compiled and the corresponding HTML page was made. Results The WEB function of SAS software and the connect between SAS and MySQL database have been achieved, which provided the function of on-line statistical analysis for information system for allergic patients in hospital To get the analysis results, end-users can make the interaction with SAS of service by clicking action on their own browsers and invoke the data in information system for allergic patients in hospital to implement the function of on-line analysis. Conclusion The function of on-line statistical analysis for information system for allergic patients in hospital can be realized by the web function of SAS and a dynamic analysis results can be conveyed to end-users.
