全身麻醉与腰硬联合麻醉对老年患者术后恢复质量的影响比较

目的比较全身麻醉（全麻）与腰硬联合麻醉对老年患者术后麻醉恢复质量的影响。方法将2014年1月至2015年1月医院接受手术治疗的老年患者72例随机分成对照组和观察组，各36例。对照组患者接受手术治疗时进行全身麻醉，观察组患者侧给予腰硬联合麻醉。结果观察组患者术后呼吸和定向力恢复时间以及睁眼和拔管时间均明显短于对照组，同时躁动发生情况显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）：在拔管时和拔管后3min两个时间点，观察组心率显著降低，血氧饱合度明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论手术中采用腰硬联合麻醉可有效促进老年患者的麻醉苏醒，同时可稳定麻醉患者恢复期的血流动力学，显著降低躁动的发生率，对患者的麻醉恢复质量影响较小。

Objective To analyze and compare the effect of general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia on the recovery of anesthesia in elderly patients.Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,72 cases of elderly patients with surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,36 cases in each group, the control group received surgical treatment for general anesthesia, and the patients were treated with combined spinal epidural anesthesia. Results In the observation groups of patients with postoperative respiratory and orientation recovery time and open your eyes and extubation time were significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the incidence of agitation was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 O.05）;at the extubation time and extubation after 3 minutes two time points,observe the heart rate decreased significantly,blood oxygen saturation degree increased significantly, the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia can effectively save the elderly patients with anesthesia recovery,and can stabilize the recovery period of patients with stable anesthesia,significantly reduce the incidence of the patients,the recovery of anesthesia for patients with little influence.
