老年高血压手术麻醉方式的选择

目的探讨老年高血压手术麻醉方式的选择。方法选取医院2011年6月至2013年6月收治的老年高血压手术患者120例．均分为观察组、对照组。对照组予单纯全身麻醉，观察组予全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果手术麻醉过程中，观察组患者平均血压、心率、内皮素水平更平稳，且明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论全身麻醉联合硬膜外阻滞可有效抑制患者应激反应，值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the choice of the ways of old age hypertension surgery anesthesia.Methods From June 2011 to June 2013 treated 120 cases of patients with senile hypertension surgery,divided into observation group and the control group on average.Control group to be simple anesthesia and general anesthesia group to general anesthesia combined epidural block anesthesia ,compare and analysis the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients.Results The observation group of patients ,on average, stable blood pressure,heart rate,endothelin level in the process of anesthesia significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion General anesthesia combined epidural block can effectively restrain stress reaction in patients with,is worth popular- izing in clinic.
