益气温阳通络方治疗周围性面神经麻痹恢复糍阳虚络滞证35例临床研究

目的探讨益气温阳通络方对周围性面神经麻痹恢复期阳虚络滞证患者的影响。方法将56例周围性面神经麻痹恢复期阳虚络滞证患者，随机分为试验组35例和对照组21例。分别在入组时和在治疗第（28±2）天出组时进行中医证候评分、HOUSe—Brackmann疗效分析、完成面神经肌电图评估（面神经ENOG的CMAP潜伏期、波幅及瞬目反射R1、R2、R2’潜伏期）评价。结果治疗（28＋2）天后，试验组在出组时的中医证候评分、House—Brackmann疗效分析改善值、面神经肌电图评估分值（面神经ENOG的CMAP潜伏期、波幅及瞬目反射R1、R2、R2’潜伏期）均高于常规治疗组（P〈0．05）；R2两组差值比较，差异有统计学意义（f=1．894，雎O．0236〈0．05）；R2两组差值比较，差异有统计学意义（t=2．713，P=0．0138〈0．05）；两组治疗后的总有效率分别为100％和65％（P〈0．05）。结论与常规治疗组相比，益气温阳通络方能提高周围性面神经麻痹恢复期阳虚络滞证的治疗效果，降低致残率，提高生活质量，提高运动功能．减少面神经功能缺损。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo Prescription in treating peripheral facial palsyrecovery period Patients with.Methods 56 patients with peripheral facial palsy were divided into control group and treatment group （35 cases in treatment group,21 cases in control group）.
