银丹心脑通胶囊对糖尿病并高脂血症患者血糖、血脂的改善作用

目的分析银丹心脑通胶囊对糖尿病合并高脂血症患者血糖、血脂的改善作用。方法将2013年3月至2014年3月医院收治的糖尿病合并高血脂症患者80例均分为对照组和观察组，各40倒。对照组使用多烯康治疗，观察组患者使用银丹心脑通胶囊治疗。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92．50％，明显高于对照组的75．00％（P〈0．05）。观察组患者的血糖、血脂与治疗前相比有显著改善（P〈0．05），对照组患者的胆固醇与治疗前比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗后的血糖和血脂改善情况比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论糖尿病合并高脂血症患者使用银丹心脑通胶囊治疗，疗效良好，可显著改善患者的血糖、血脂水平，值得临床推广。

Objective To analyse and research the Yindan Xinnaotong capsule for improve the effect of Blood sugar, blood lipids in patients with diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia. Methods Randomly selected during April 2013 to April 2014, our hospital 80 cases of patients with diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia,as the research object,its average can be divided into control group and observation group.Control group used polyene treatment,observation group of patients used Yindan Xinnaotong capsule treatment In view of the two groups of patients with blood lipids, blood glucose, treatment efficiency were compared and analyzed. Results The treatment group effective rate was 92.50%, the control group effective rate was 75.00% ,P 〈 0.05,there was statistical significance.observation group of patients with blood glucose, blood lipids and significant improvement compared with before treatment,P 〈 0.05, there was statistical significance, the control group of patients with cholesterol had significant difference compared with before treatment,P 〈 0.05, there was statistical significance. Observation group and control group after treatment in patients with blood sugar and blood fat improvement was significant differences ,the observation group was better than the control group,P 〈 0.05,there was statistical significance. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diabetes Mellitus and Hyperlipidemia,use Yindan Xinnaotong capsule treatment,has the good treatment effect,can significantly improve the patient＇s level of blood sugar, blood fat, so it can be to promote in the clinical treatment.
