三维超声心动图测量正常人右室容积和功能准确性的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的与磁共振(MRI)相比,评价三维超声心动图(3DE)测量正常人右心室容积和功能的准确性。方法检索国内外发表于1995年1月至2015年3月间,比较三维超声心动图(3DE)与磁共振(MRI)测量正常人右室容积和(或)射血分数的临床研究。由2位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料及评价质量。采用ReviewManager5.3软件进行系统分析。结果共纳入7项研究共205名研究对象,经系统分析,结果显示与磁共振相比,三维超声心动图低估了右室舒张末期容积(RDV)和射血分数(EF),对于右室收缩末期容积(ESV),两者无统计学差异。容积越大,低估明显越高。结论3DE作为一种无创三维成像技术,虽然与金标准MRI相比,存在一定偏移,相信随着时间、空间分辨力的改善.三维超声心动技术将在右心相关疾病的临床诊疗、预后判断中发挥重要作用。
