鼻咽部韦格纳肉芽肿患者的护理对策

目的探讨鼻咽部韦格纳肉芽肿的护理方法。方法回顾性分析医院收治的鼻咽部韦格纳肉芽肿患者的临床资料。结果护理干预对鼻咽部韦格纳肉芽肿患者的恢复有明显改变。结论对鼻咽部肿物伴风湿性肉芽肿患者的治疗应加强心理护理，注意休息与饮食护理，以达到减轻头痛、发热等症状，了解鼻咽部韦格纳肉芽肿的防治知识。

Objective Nursing methods on Wegener＇s granulomatosis of nasopharynx.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of our hospital patients with nasopharyngeal Wegener granuloma.Results Nursing intervention has obvious changes on the recovery of the nasopharynx patients with Wegener granulomatosis.Conclusion The treatment of nasopharyngeal neoplasm with rheumatic granuloma patients should strengthen the psychological nursing,pay attention to rest and diet nursing,in order to allevi- ate the headache,fever and other symptoms,to understand the knowledge of prevention and control of nose pharynx ministry We- gener granulomatosis.
