优质护理用于消化内科护理90例分析

目的通过对比护理，探讨在消化内科护理中的优质护理效果。方法选择医院消化内科2014年9月至2015年4月收治的180例患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，各90例，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在常规护理的基础上进行优质护理，对比两组患者护理后的患者满意度及护理质量。结果观察组患者的满意度（94．44％）明显高于对照组患者（78．89％），差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在消化内科开展优质护理活动，不仅能有效提高患者的满意度，维护护患关系，更能有效提高护理质量，值得临床推广。

Objective By comparing the nurslng,to investigate the effect of medical care in the quality of nursing.Methods From September 2014-April 2015 digestive internal medicine treated 180 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group 90 cases,control group 90 cases were treated by routine nursing measures,observation group of 90 patients in the conventional nursing on the basis of high quality care,compared two groups of patients after nursing care of patients satisfaction and nursing quality.Results Two groups after different nursing ca,＇e, observation group of patients satisfaction （94.44%）is significantly higher than the control group（78.89%）patients,the data statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the digestive internal medicine to carry out high quality nursing activities not only can effectively improve the patient＇s satisfaction,maintain the re- lationship between nurses and patients,can effectively improve the nursing quality,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
