摘要
目的调查本科实习护生对临床带教老师的评价现状,分析影响结果的相关因素。方法采用自制问卷,对在哈尔滨某三甲医院临床实习的100名护生和在无锡某三甲医院临床实习的50名护生进行问卷调查。结果本科实习护生对临床带教老师评价偏低,学历影响不大,年龄、工龄、职称对评价结果影响明显。无锡地区护生的评价结果高于哈尔滨地区,且差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论提高本科护生对带教老师的评价,提高临床教学质量,需要教师、学生、护理部等有关部门的共同努力。
Objective Survey practice undergraduate nursing students to clinical teaching of the teacher's evaluation of the status quo,analysis the relevant factors affecting the results. Methods Using self-made questionnaire, 100 for a 3 armour hospital clini- cal practice in Harbin escort and a 3 armour hospital in wuxi 50 escort was born in clinical practice survey.Results Undergrad- uate nursing students practice of clinical teaching teacher evaluation is low,the influence of the degree is not big,age,seniority, title obvious influence on the evaluation results. Wuxi region evaluation results of nursing students is higher than in Harbin,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Improve undergraduate nursing students in teaching the teacher's evaluation, improve the quality of clinical teaching,to teachers ,students ,care the joint efforts of the departments.
