时间护理用于内分泌疾病的效果分析

目的探讨时间护理在内分泌科患者诊断及治疗过程中的应用效果。方法选择医院2014年5月至2015年4月内分泌科收治的80例患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上展开时间护理，对比两组患者的饮食时间、运动时间和服药时间的控制率。结果观察组患者对服药时间、运动时间和饮食时间的掌握上明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论在内分泌科中展开时间护理．不仅能有效帮助患者熟练掌握用药时间、运动时间和饮食时间，能实时、严格监测患者的病情。时间护理用于治疗全程．直接影响着护理效果，在正确的时间使用药物，能最大程度发挥药物的作用，且机体的吸收效果最好。护理人员对生理节奏的理解也更为深刻．可提高护理人员对人体不同时段对药物的耐受性的掌握。

Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of patients with endocrinology time nursing in the process of application effect.Methods From May 2014 to April 2015 months secretion of 80 patients admitted in section as the research object, and press the digital meter method each 40 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group 40 cases of patients with routine nursing,the observation group 40 patients in the routine nursing care on time ,on the basis of the comparison of two groups of patients diet time,sports medicine and the control of the time.Results In this study,the observation group of patients on medication on time,exercise and diet time master was better than the control group patients,the data statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing in endocrinology time,not only can effectively help patients master du- ration,exercise and diet time,more can do real time,in the condition of the patients with strict monitoring.Penetration time nursing in the treatment of patients with the whole,a direct impact on nursing effect,drug use,at the right time for maximum play to the role of the drug,and the body＇s absorption effect is best.In addition,the nursing staff＇s understanding of circadian rhythm also more profound,the nursing staff at different times on drug tolerance by understanding the human body ,improves the pharmacologi- cal knowledge.
