人性化护理用于手术室护理25例效果评价

目的分析手术室护理中人性化护理模式的应用效果及体会。方法将50例接受手术的患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例．其中对照组采用常规护理模式，观察组在对照组基础上采用人性化护理模式，比较两组SAS，SDS评分及护理质量评分。结果两组患者经过护理干预后，SAS及SDD评分较手术前均有显著改善（P〈0．05）；观察组术后改善效果显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。观察组的护理安全、消毒及卫生、手术室管理、护理人员态度及护理质量总分等各项指标得分均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论在手术室护理中应用人性化护理模式可显著改善患者的心理状态，提高护理质量，具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in operation room nursing.Methods 50 patients who received surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The con- trol group was treated with routine nursing,the SAS,SDS score and nursing quality score were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention,SAS and SDD scores were significantly improved in the observation group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）,and the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.The nursing safety,disinfection and sanitation,operation room management, nursing staff attitude and nursing quality score of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.01）.Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in oper- ation room nursing can improve the psychological state and improve the nursing quality.
