优质护理模式用于心血管内科护理工作的价值

目的探讨优质护理模式在心血管内科护理工作中的应用价值。方法将2014年3月至2015年5月收治的220例患者作为研究对象．并按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各110例。对照组患者采用常规护理措施，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行优质护理服务．对比两组患者生活质量及患者护理工作满意度。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为97.37％，明显高于对照组患者的80．91％，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者的生活质量明显优于对照组患者，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在心血管内科护理工作中开展优质护理服务不仅能有效提升患者的生活质量，更能进一步提升患者满意度，对维护和谐的医患、护患关系有着积极作用，值得临床推广。

Objective To study the high quality nursing mode in the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing application value. Methods Our department in March 2014-May 2015 treated 220 cases of patients as the research object,and press the digital meter method,llO cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group 110 cases were treated by routine nursing measures,observation group of 110 patients in the conventional nursing on the basis of high quality nursing service,compared two groups of patients life quality nursing and patients satisfaction.Results Through the comparative analysis,observation group 110 patients satisfaction with nursing care（97.37%）is significantly higher than the control group（80.91%）patients,the data statistically significant（P〈 0.05） ;Observing group,110 cases of the patient＇s quality of life was better than control group pa- tients,the data statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing work to carry out high quality nursing service not only can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,patient satisfaction,will be further in- creased to maintain the harmonious doctor-patient relationship between nurses and patients,has a positive effect,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
