31例老年帕金森病患者的康复及饮食护理分析

目的探讨老年帕金森患者的康复及饮食护理应用效果。方法将2013年1月至2015牟6月收治的帕金森病老年患者62例作为研究对象，并按随机数字袁法分为对照组和观察组，各31例，对照组患者采取常规护理措施，观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上进行康复和饮食护理，采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）方法分析两组老年帕金森患者中出现精神抑郁症状患者的比例。结果经过不同的护理方式，观察组患者的HAMD评分明显优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对帕金森患者进行具有针对性的康复和饮食护理，可有效提高患者HAMD评分，缓解患者抑郁症状。精心的护理也是患者运动功能和自理能力恢复不可缺少的手段。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitation in elderly patients with Parkinson＇s disease and diet nursing application ef- fect.Methods From January 2013 to June 2015 treated 62 cases of elderly patients with Parkinson＇s disease as the research ob- ject,and press the digital table method were randomly divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in the control group conventional nursing measures of 31 patients,31 patients in observation group were conducted on the basis of conventional nursing rehabilitation and nursing,diet with Hamilton depression scale（HAMD）methods to analyze the two groups of elderly in patients with Parkinson＇s disease patients with depression symptoms.Results Through different ways of nursing,the observation group of 31 cases with HAMD score was better than control group patients, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Targeted rehabilitation in patients with Parkinson＇s disease and diet nursing,which can effectively improve patient HAMD scores,alleviate symptoms of patients with depression,therefore,careful nursing and patients with movement function and self-care ability to restore the indispensable means.
