我国公民对器官捐献的认知和意愿现状调查

目的了解我国公民对器官捐献知识的认知和器官捐献意愿。方法以器官捐献或捐赠、态度、意愿、认知等为关键词．检索维普中文科技期刊数据库，中国期刊全文数据库，中国生物医学文献数据库，2009年至2014年的问卷调查文献，对提取问卷内容问卷结果、影响器官捐献意愿的因素等进行分析和总结。结果纳入的9篇论文里面有6篇调查对象是大学生，另外3篇分别为ICU护士、执业医师、住院患者。调查结果显示，公民愿意死亡后捐献器官的为38％～60％，影响器官捐献的主’要因素有家属情感．器官捐献相关知识，传统观念、个人信仰、器官合理分配、奖励或补偿等。结论需扩大和深入调查公民对器官捐献知识的认知程度和器官捐献的真实想法，加强大学生学校教育，公民家庭教育，重视专业医护人员器官捐献知识的学习，积极完善相关法律法规，提高公民自愿捐献的意识，促进我国器官捐献体系的完善。

Objective To comprehend the knowledge cognition and willingness to organ donation of Chinese people. Methods The questionnaire surveys were retrieved based on ＂VIP＂, ＂CNKI＇, ＂CBM＂,from 2009-2014, Using organ donation,attitude,willingness,cognition as key words. The COrltents,resuhs and influence factors of organ donation willingness were extracted to analyze and summarize.Results Of the 9 articles,6 studies＇ objects were college students,the other 3 respectively ICU nurses,medical practitioners and patients. According to the investigations ,the account of people who approved organ donation after death is about 38%-60%,the mainly factors are family feelings,organ donation knowledge,traditional ideas,personal beliefs,organ distribution,reward ＆ compensation and so on.Conclusion To expand and in-depth investigation of citizen＇s knowledge and real willingness about organ donation,strengthen college students＇ educations in school,people＇s family educations,importance medical stuffs＇ Professional learning about organ donation,perfect relevant laws and regulations,improve citizens＇ consciousness of voluntary donations,promote to perfect the Organ donation system in our country.
