护理风险管理用于老年外科病房的价值分析

目的探讨护理风险管理在老年外科病房中的应用价值。方法将医院2014年5月至2015年4月外科病房收治的老年患者220例作为研究对象，并按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各110例，对照组患者进行常规护理，观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上进行风险管理．对比两组实施不同护理模式后的患者满意度和病房护理质量。结果对照组护理风险发生率为4．55％、护患纠纷发生率为8.18％，明显高于观察组的0．91％和0．91％；观察组护理满意度为98．18％，明显优于对照组的83．64％（P〈0．05）；观察组各项评分均明显优于对照组，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在外科病房老年患者中实施护理风险管理是行之有效的，不仅可有效提高护理质量，对降低护理风险发生率具有重要作用，实施护理风险管理可有效提高患者满意度，对维护医患、护患关系有积极意义．值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in the elderly surgical ward.Methods From May 2014 to April 2015 surgical ward admitted during the period of 220 cases of elderly patients as the research object,and press the digital meter method all 110 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group patients with routine nursing,the observation group of patients in risk management on the basis of conventional nursing care,compared two groups of different nursing mode of patients satisfaction and ward nursing quality.Results The incidence of risk ,compared two groups of nursing have found that the incidence of disputes in the control group（4.55%）,the incidence of nursing risk, dispute of nurses and patients （8.18%）was significantly higher incidence of observation group （0.91%,0.91%）,nursing satisfaction （98.18%） observation group was obviously better than the control group （83.64%） ,the data statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; Compared to two groups of nursing quality,observation group the score were significantly better than the control group,the data statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In elderly patients in the surgical wards nursing risk management is the effective implementation,cocoa not only effectively improve the quality of nursing,to reduce the incidence of nursing risk plays an important role,the implementation of nursing risk management can effectively improve patient satisfaction,to maintain the doctor-patient relationship between nurses and patients ,is of positive significance ,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
