优质护理服务用于内分泌科疾病护理80例

目的探讨优质护理服务在内分泌科的应用效果。方法将医院2013年3月至2015年1月内分泌科收治的160例患者作为研究对象，并按数字表法随机分为对照组和试验组，各80例，对照组患者实施常规护理，试验组患者在进行常规护理的基础上进行优质护理服务，对比两组患者的护理满意度。结果试验组患者的护理满意度（97．50％）明显高于对照组（86．25％），具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过开展优质护理服务，打造特色服务专科，不仅有效提高了护理质量，更进一步提高了患者满意度，对维护医患、护患关系起到了积极作用．对提升护理人员的工作积极性和自觉性有较大意义．

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing service in endocrinology.Methods From March 2013- 2015 January,secretion of 160 patients admitted in division 1 month as the research object,and press the digital table method were randomly divided into control group and experimental group 80 cases, control group patients with routine nursing, the experimental group patients in the routine nursing care on the basis of high quality nursing service,compared two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing and nurse the incidence of disputes.Results The incidence of disputes in the experimental group patients （1.25%）,significantly lower than the control group （8.75%）,and data contrast with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）; Experimental group patients satisfaction with nursing care（97.50%）is significantly higher than the control group（86.25%）,and data contrast with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion By developing high quality nursing service, create characteristic service specialized subject,not only effectively improve the nursing quality,further improve the patients＂ satisfaction, to maintain the doctor-patient relationship between nurses and patients, has played a positive role,and to enhance nursing staff＇s work enthusiasm and self-consciousness has great significance.
