摘要
目的探讨人性化护理在老年高血压患者中的应用价值。方法将2013年5月至2015年4月收治的高血压患者120例作为研究对象,并按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者在进行常规护理基础上进行人性化护理,对比两组患者的服药依从性和患者满意度。结果经过不同的护理方式.观察组患者的护理满意度(96.67%)明显高于对照组(84.44%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患者的服药依从性(95.56%)明显优于对照组患者(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对高血压老年患者应用人性化护理服务,不仅能有效满足患者的住院要求,提高患者的服药依从性,更能有效提高患者满意度.对于维护护患关系具有重要意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the value of humanized nursing in the elderly patients with high blood pressure.Methods 120 patients with hypertension treated in our department from May 2013 to April 2015 were studied, and were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care.The patients in the observation group were treated with routine nursing care ,compared with two groups of patients with medication compliance and patient satisfaction.Results Through different ways of nursing,the observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing care (96.67%)is significantly higher than the control group (8d.44%),statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05); Observation group of patients with medication adherence(95.56%)was better than control group(70.00%) patients, statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing service to the elderly patients with hypertension can not only effectively meet the requirements of patients,improve the compliance of patients,bnt also can effectively improve the patient's satisfaction.It is important to maintain the relationship between patients and nurses.h is worthy of clinical application.
