轴向导流器局部损失实验及数值模拟研究

Experiment and Numerical Simulation of the Local Loss in Axial Guide Device

为确定风沙模拟系统的管路特性,利用本校闭式风洞实验系统得到了不同开度下风机前置轴向导流器的局部损失。利用FLUENT软件模拟出了不同边界条件设置方案下轴向导流器的局部损失,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,确定了较为合理的边界条件设置方案,获得了运用数值模拟预测风沙模拟系统管路特性的可行性方法。

In order to pipeline characteristics determine the of sandstorms simulation system, the local loss coefficient of pre axial guide device of the fan under different openings has been obtained in the closed wind tunnel system. The local loss of axial guide device is simulated under different boundary conditions with FLUENT software, the simulation results were compared with the experimental results and the case of setting reasonable boundary conditions is determined.
