摘要
针对地铁轴流风机出现的喘振现象提出了在动叶片两侧设置防喘振环的方案。利用Solidwork对安装了不同的防喘振环的风机进行了模拟分析。得出了模拟和优化结果,最后又对风机噪声进行了测试,以说明防喘振环对风机降噪的影响。
Aiming to surge in metro axial fan, a solution of anti-surge ring in setting up the side of a pair of blade was preseted.Simulate and analyze the fan with different anti-surge ring using solidwork and got the simulation and optimizing design result.In the end,the noise experiment result of fan was proved the effect of anti-surge of fan on noise reduction.
