摘要
为了测试出0.6m连续式风洞E71-3离心压缩机的性能,进行了热力性能试验。介绍了性能曲线、多变效率和噪声的测试方法。结果表明:机组工作转速范围、进气体积流量、压比及设计点多变效率等参数均达到设计指标要求,进气压力对性能曲线有一定影响,进气压力增大后多变效率降低、噪声增大。可为后续连续式风洞压缩机的热力性能试验提供借鉴参考。
In order to test the E71-3 centrifugal compressor's performance in the 0.6m continuous wind tunnel, the thermodynamic performance test was conducted. The method of how to test performance curve, polytropic efficiency and noise were introduced in the paper. The conclusion shows that the range of working rotation, inlet volume flow, pressure ratio and polytropic efficiency in design point of the compressor have all reached the design requirements. The inlet pressure has a little effect on the compressor's polytropicefficiency become lower and the noise increase as the inlet pressure increases. It provided the reference to large-scale continuous wind tunnel compressor's thermodynamic performance test.
