肠溶型阿司匹林与普通阿司匹林临床中肠胃道不良反应的分析

Analysis of the Adverse Reactions Caused by Clinical Application of Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets and Regular Aspirin Tablets

目的探讨阿司匹林肠溶片与阿司匹林普通片剂在临床应用不良反应的差异。方法整群选取2012年3月—2015年1月该院收治的132例患者按照用药种类分为普通阿司匹林片组(60例)和阿司匹林肠溶片组(72例)的患者进行临床资料统计以及分析比较不良反应。结果两种药物在临床上的不良反应以胃肠道刺激所致不良反应多见。阿司匹林肠溶片组出现腹胀以及上腹不适等胃肠道不良反应的几率为2.78%,显著低于普通阿司匹林片组的16.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上长期使用阿司匹林肠溶片更安全性,所引起的不良反应与普通阿司匹林片相比更少。

Objective To compare the adverse reactions caused by clinical application of aspirin enteric-coated tablets and regular aspirin tablets. Methods 132 patients admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2015 were selected and divided into regular aspirin tablets group （60 cases） and aspirin enteric-coated tablets group （72 cases） according to the types of medication. The clinical data of the groups were counted. And adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were comprehensively compared and analyzed between the groups. Results Gastrointestinal irritation was the most common ad- verse reactions of aspirin enteric^-eoated tablets group and regular aspirin tablets group. The incidence of abdominal disten- sion and abdominal discomfort and other gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the aspirin enteric-coated tablets group was siguifieandy lower than that in the ordinary aspirin tablets group （2.78% vs 16.67%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically siguificant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with regular aspirin tablets, long-term clinical use of as- pirin enteric-coated tablets is safer with less adverse reactions.
