老年冠心病患者检测白细胞计数、高敏C-反应蛋白、光抑素C、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨老年冠心病患者检测白细胞计数、高敏C-反应蛋白、光抑素C、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶等炎性指标的临床意义。方法选取2014年1月—2015年4月该院收治的125例老年患者,根据冠脉造影及冠脉CT结果分为冠心病组(69例)及同期临床拟诊为冠心病,而未行冠状动脉造影及冠脉CT检查的冠心病患者为对照组(56例)。检测患者白细胞计数(WBC)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、光抑素C(Cys C)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)。结果冠心病组WBC、hsCRP、Cys C、GGT均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测患者WBC、hs-CRP、Cys C、GGT对冠心病的诊断有重要临床价值。 Objective To discuss the clinical significance of the detection of leucocyte count, high'sensitive C reactive protein, cystatin C and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase in patients with elderly coronary heart disease. Methods 125 cases of elderly patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were selected and divided into coronary heart disease group (69 cases)and control group (56 cases) (suspected coronary heart disease at the same period but not given coronary angiography and coronary CT examination) according to the result of coronary angiography and coronary CT, and the leucocyte count, high sensitive C reactive protein, cystatin C and gamma glutamyl transpeptidase of the patients were detected. Results The WBC, hs-CRP, Cys and GGT in the coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The detection of WBC, hs-CRP, Cys and GGT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease has an important clinical value.
