TURP联合膀胱颈切开术治疗小体积前列腺增生的应用及疗效比较

The Application and Comparison of Curative Effect of TURP Combined with Cystauchenotomy in Treatment of Small Volume Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的 TURP联合经尿道膀胱颈切开术(TUIBN)治疗小体积前列腺增生的疗效比较。方法患者共126例,随机分为TURP组64例,TURP联合TUIBN组62例。比较术前、术后IPSS、Qmax、PVR,用以衡量疗效。结果术前两组患者IPSS、Qmax、PVR之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后IPSS、Qmax、PVR,显示差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 TUIBN+TURP在治疗小体积前列腺增生中是较为理想的术式。

Objective To compare the curative effect of TURP combined with cystauchenotomy in treatment of small volume prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The treatment data of 126 cases of patients with small volume prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from March 2007 to October 2014 were analyzed and randomly divided into TURP group （64 cases ）and TURP combined with TUIBN group （62 cases ）, the indicators of international prostate symptom score （IPSS）before and after operation , maximum urinary flow rate （Qmax）and residual urine volume （PVR） of the two groups were compared in order to measure curative effects. Results The differences in IPSS ,Qmax and PVR before treatment between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）; the differences in IPSS ,Qmax and PVR after review between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）, the incidence of bladder neck contracture was 3% in the TURP combined with TUIBN group and 9% in the mere TURP group, the difference was statistically significant by comparison （P〈0.01）. Conclusion TUIBN ＋TURP treatment for small volume prostatic hyperplasia is an ideal operating method.
