腹腔镜胆囊切除术在胆结石治疗中的应用效果研究

目的分析和研究通过腹腔镜胆囊切除术来诊治胆结石的实际疗效。方法整群选取该院自2013年8月—2015年7月期间前来诊治的胆结石患者共100例为研究对象,按随机原则将患者分成观察组与对照组,每组均为50例。对观察组患者实行腹腔镜下的胆囊切除术,对于对照组患者实行常规开腹胆囊切除术。比较两组患者的住院时间、手术平均时间、肛门排气时间、止痛药物应用率等并发症的情况。结果两组患者手术均顺利进行,手术的成功率均为100%,观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门排气时间和住院时间分别为(51±12)min、(60±16)m L、(19±6)h和(6±1)d。明显低于对照组患者。此外,观察组患者的感染等术后并发症发生率为10%(5/50),亦明显低于对照组患者(24%,12/50),该两组患者的术后并发症率对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.447,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下的胆囊切除术,与以往采用的手术方法相比,不仅所用时间短,并发症与术中出血量少,而且可减轻患者的痛苦,是一种很适用的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze and research the actual curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in diagnosis and treatment of gall-stone. Methods 100 cases of patients with gall-stone diagnosed and treated in our hospital from August 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the observation group were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy, the control group were given conventional open cholecystectomy, the length of time, the average operation time, anal exhaust time and the complication conditions such as analgesic drug ap plication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of the two groups was 100%, the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, anal exhaust time and length of time in the observation group were respectively （51±12）min, （60± 16）mL,（19±6）h and （6±1）d, which were obviously lower than those in the control group, in addition, the incidence of postoperative complications such as infect in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （10%（5/ 50）vs （24%, 12/50））, the difference in the postoperative complication rate between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance,（x2=5.447,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with traditional operative method, laparoscopic cholecystectomy was with short time and few complication and intraoperative blood loss and can relieve the pain in patients, which is a very suitable treatment method.
